SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped by UPS on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. central time on business days will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. central time will begin processing the following business day. Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing.

For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday to Friday by 11 a.m. central time. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11:00 a.m. through Friday 11:00 a.m. central time will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. CST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, you will receive your order within 3 – 10 business days.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Below are our flat-rate charges for domestic ground and expedited shipping. Be sure to select the appropriate choice during checkout.

International Shipping Charges:

bows + arrows charges a flat fee of $50, and we ship via the United States Postal Service. For all orders shipped internationally, you will be responsible for any taxes and/or import duties levied by the country to which you have specified delivery. Under no circumstances will these charges be the responsibility of bows + arrows. Please note that depending on the country, you may be required to pick up the package at your local post office.
