If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled. FORMS OF PAYMENTWe accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. RETURN POLICYIf you are not completely satisfied with your bows + arrows online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. Sale merchandise is a Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. CREDIT CARDSYour credit card is not charged until we ship your order, including backordered and pre-ordered items. For example, if you pre-order a dress in May that will not be available until June, your card will not be charged until we ship your dress in June. Your card is charged only for the items that we ship to you. Every shipment contains an invoice listing the charges made to your card. Items we mark canceled or backordered are refunded your card. At this time, we cannot change the information in the email updates you receive. This includes changes to item colors, quantities, and styles. If you requested a change to your order, we are happy to make the changes, but it will not appear in the email updates. You will see the changes on your invoice and/or your credit card statement. Credit card information is verified prior to order processing. GIFT CERTIFICATES & STORE CREDITbows + arrows gift certificates are mailed to the recipient’s address. Gift certificates may be redeemed in store or over the phone by calling 512.579.0301. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue. If your purchase is less than the full amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance will be applied towards a store credit for future purchases. Gift certificates are not refundable. Store credits are valid for one year from the date issued and are not refundable. OUR PRIVACY STATEMENTWe neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We ask that you provide this information so that we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. We encourage you to sign-up for our email list. Our email notifications provide you with advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other bows + arrows events.
